Make words from falling letters to defend Earth!
Across the cold vast expanse of space, a people of planetary conquerers set their "I"s on Earth. From a planet called Letternia, where letters are the basic building blocks of matter, they hurl weaponry made from the raw stuff of creation at our homes. Conventional weaponry is powerless against these alpha-non-numeric armaments. Reeling from defeat, the governments of Earth are mere hours away from capital-ation until a sacred society emerges from millenia in the shadows awaiting this trial. The Grammarians, a group able to bind the raw energy of letters into harmless words, takes up the mantle of Earth's defense and quickly pushes the conflict into a standstill. As one of these Grammarians, the fate of Earth relies on your ability to create words from the deluge of letter-based weapons falling upon our cities.
